View Scheduled Online Payments

In most cases online payments are made through MyProcare. See: MyProcare Overview. The article below applies only to non-Cloud customers as an alternate method.

View parent initiated online payments that are scheduled to be processed. This includes both payments by credit card and ACH bank account withdraws.

Before You Begin

You'll need to Set Up Online Payments for at least a few of your Tuition Express families and they must have payments online waiting to be processed.

Getting There

From the main screen of Family Data & Accounting go to Tuition Express > Scheduled Online Transactions.

View Scheduled Transactions

At the Scheduled Online Transactions screen you’ll see a list of online payments that are waiting to be processed. Click Print for a record of this list.
