You may get this message for one of these reasons:
- You do not have Tuition Express, but have selected the Allow Payments option in the Check-in Options screen. In this case, simply uncheck the option.
- You have Tuition Express, and Allow Payments is selected, but it is not fully set up. Confirm your School Options for Tuition Express include: your Tuition Express Account Number, a Credit Card POS Payment Description, and a Minimum Transaction Amount. The quickest way to get set up is to run the Tuition Express First Time Set Up.
