Procare Cloud backups are run nightly at the data center, and you do not need to back up your data. If you want to have a copy of your data on your local computer, you may export a copy from the cloud server, and save it to your desktop or other location.

If you are concerned about temporary internet outages, a better system might be to make a list of typical reports you would need if your data were not available for a few hours. Run those reports as often as you like, and export/save them to your local computer. There is no need to print them out unless needed.  Some typical reports might be: Sign In/Out sheets, Account Information and Employee Schedule reports.
