Use the accumulation rate formula to determine how much vacation, sick time, or similar benefit hours to accrue per pay period or per 40 hours worked.
The Accumulation Rate is entered on the Batch Post Accrued Benefits when you choose a Calculation Method of either “For every 40 hours worked” or “For every pay period”.
