Why Did I Receive this Notice?

Your account was suspended for non-payment. We have attempted to process your monthly fees multiple times and have notified you by email and through the News tab on your Procare Home screen.

What Actions Do I Need to Take?

1. You’ll need to Update Your Credit Card Information for Procare Cloud. DO THIS FIRST, BEFORE YOU CALL. We cannot assist you if the card information has not been updated.

2. Wait 30 minutes after completing the step above (for the information to update), then double-click on the globe icon in the Procare News bar.

3. Click Yes to confirm.

4. Close out of Procare, and then re-open it. Your Procare should now be fully active.
