Are Procare Web Apps compatible with all browsers?
Although Procare Web Apps run fine on the vast majority of mobile browsers including: Safari, Firefox for mobile, Chrome for mobile, Dolphin, and the default Android Browser on most newer devices, there can be issues with certain devices and browsers. Devices with known browser issues include, but are not limited to:
Device with Incompatible Default Browser | Symptoms | Solution |
---|---|---|
Samsung Galaxy S1 | Can’t scroll or screen does not refresh. | Download a compatible browser such as Firefox for mobile or Chrome. |
First Generation Kindle Fire | Can’t scroll or screen does not refresh. | None. This device does not allow downloading a compatible browser. Please use a different device. |
Can I Include a Link in Emailed Statements for Parents to Pay Online?
Yes. If you are a Procare Cloud customer using Tuition Express, you may add a link for parents to pay. They sign into their MyProcare account, and pay from there.
- Go to MyProcare > Website Links and copy the “Existing Families” Link.
- When you email statements paste the link into the email message.
Can I limit access to Web Apps?
The Web Apps themselves have no separate restriction; any Procare User can access them. However, the limits of what a person can do (or see) in Procare and Web Apps is controlled by the User Group & Limits assigned to that person within Procare itself. For example, if someone assigned to the User Group of “Teacher” is blocked from Family Data and Accounting Reports in Procare, they will not be able to run those reports in Web Apps. The best way to confirm what the user will see is to create a test user for yourself, assign them to the desired User Group, and run the Web Apps logged in as them.
How do I hide the balance button on the Check-In Web App?
To restrict the viewing of the Balance button, change the user group limit for the person signed into the app. Set the 20.20.40.0 right to blocked.
How do I run Procare Web Apps?
To run Procare Web Apps you must use the Procare Cloud Service. If you are already a Procare Cloud customer, go to app.procaresoftware.com and log in using your Installation Key Number, Procare Username and Password.

### I can't scroll or the screen will not refresh in Procare Web Apps. Why?
If you cannot scroll in web apps or the screen does not refresh (reports don’t include new children who check in, etc.) it is likely your browser is not compatible. The solution is to download a compatible browser, like Firefox for mobile or Chrome, or use a different device.
